Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to a shipping and handling charge that will be calculated at the time the order is place and will depend on the size of the order. In addition, Non stocked custom colors are available for an additional $75 to cover special order cost and additional shipping and handling charges. This charge is included in the quoted price.All sales of custom color (non-standard) special order blinds are final.  Once your order is submitted it can NOT be exchanged or returned.

Delivery Time
Stocked items will be delivered within 3 business days. Non stocked custom colors will be delivered within 14 business days and the custom color quoted prices includes a $75 charge to cover the additional shipping and handling cost.

Delivery Location
Items will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process.

Status of your order
A submittal confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided after an order is submitted completely and correctly.  Then within 2 business days of submitting an order, you will receive a second e-mail from VELUX America, Inc confirming availability of stock, notifying you of the correct dollar amount that will be charged to your account after local taxes are calculated and applied, and the estimated delivery date.  If at anytime you have questions about your order, please contact our VELUX Solutions customer service department at 1-866-888-3589 (Toll Free) or at Email:

Initial email should state – “Thank you for submitting your order, within two business days you will receive another email confirming the correct dollar amount with applied taxes for your area that will be applied to your account and the availability of your order and the expected delivery date”.
